The Affordable Housing Scrutiny Inquiry Panel is meeting on Wednesday to assess the impact of their report into affordable housing, which took place during 2013. The inquiry looked at ways the Council and its partners could increase the overall supply of affordable housing in Swansea.

The Panel will meet with Councillor David Hopkins, Cabinet Member for Housing & Communities and ask the following questions:
- What has changed since the report was presented to Cabinet?
- Have the agreed recommendations been implemented?
- What has been the impact of the scrutiny inquiry?
